The original and much anticipated visit to the home of Jaguar Land Rover Classic Works had to be postponed due the the coronavirus threat to everybody's wellbeing. Regrettably due to the ongoing uncertainty of the impact of Covid-19 we have had to cancel the rescheduled event due to take place on Saturday 7th November 2020. Our intention is to rearrange for the first half of 2021.
This will remain a wonderful opportunity for Fellows to see how the heritage of these two iconic British brands is being kept alive – and thriving. From ‘continuation’ models to the ‘reborn’ programme, Fellows will see exactly how the heritage lives on and the passion the technicians have for their vital task. The only cost to Fellows will be the breakfast roll, if taken, and any refreshments at the Classic Works plus the optional lunch for those who choose to take up the invitation to visit the Saxon Mill, Warwick as a round-off to the trip.
Those that booked a place for the June date will be contacted by the event organiser. Where a donation was made to The Fellowship of the Motor Industry this will be refunded if requested. Fellows may prefer to leave the payment in place in readiness for the proposed 2021 event
